TIME / TURNAROUND
Every piece of morse coded jewelry is made to order, therefore once you place your order please allow 3-5 days for it to be created and then add shipping time. We use USPS Priority (2-3 day mail), UPS two day and UPS overnight.
If you need an item expedited, there is a small fee of $20, please contact email@example.com to find out if this is possible.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CARE
Please keep the silk away from moisture as much as possible as it will cause it over time to become brittle and deplete the lifespan of the jewelry. Please do not ever submerge the silk in water — no swimming or bathing while wearing the silk. Any jewelry that is made entirely of metals can be cleaned regularly, but the silk pieces should be wiped with a dry cloth.
If you must wear your silk necklace to the beach or keep your bracelet on while playing, feeding and bathing your toddler, I understand. I will rebuild your cherished piece — no matter what the scenario for a $30 repair fee. This includes shipping it back to you.
Each item is handmade to order in our studios. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange the piece for another item on our site as long as it shows no sign of wear and is in its original condition.
We do not offer returns.
* Sterling Silver cannot be exchanged or returned due to oxidization once the jewelry is built.
* Custom words and phrases are not exchangeable.
All exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of original shipment. Insurance, tracking and careful packing are strongly suggested for all returned items. COATT will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. To exchange an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
