TIME / TURNAROUND

Every piece of morse coded jewelry is made to order, therefore once you place your order please allow 3-5 days for it to be built and then add shipping time. We use USPS Priority (2-3 day mail) and UPS overnight.

If you need an item expedited, there is a small fee, please contact info@coattonline.com to find out if this is possible.

EXCHANGES

Each item is handmade to order in our Portland studios. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange the piece for another item on our site as long as it shows no sign of wear and is in its orignial condition. Shipping cost for returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, but shipping for the exchanged item will be paid by COATT.

* Sterling Silver cannot be exchanged or returned due to oxidization once the jewelry is built.

* Custom words and phrases are not returnable.

All exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of original shipment. Insurance and careful packing are strongly suggested for all returned items. COATT will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. To exchange an item, please contact info@coattonline.com

All items are handmade and inspected for quality before shipping to ensure you receive a great product. On the off chance you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please email info@coattonline.com within one week of receiving your order.
